Library Assistant - Youth Services
A creative, outgoing, and friendly person who enjoys children is needed to join our dedicated staff! Candidate must enjoy working with young people; have good written and verbal communication skills; be computer literate and be comfortable assisting patrons of all ages. Familiarity with youth literature and crafting is a plus!

Volunteers are an essential part of the work at the Durham Public Library. Those interested can volunteer their time on an individual basis by calling us at 868-6699 or stopping by the circulation desk.
